Can I put my home/condo on VRBO/Airbnb when I am not using it?

Per Article III, Paragraph 32 on page 8 of the Fourteenth Amended and Restricted Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for The Cliffs Subdivision:

The lease or rental of an improved Lot shall not be considered to be a violation of this Declaration provided that the lease (i) is for not less than the entire Lot and all the improvements thereon, (ii) is for a term of at least six (6) months, and (iii) is otherwise in compliance with the Association's rules and regulations.
